Shipping and returns
Please note that most of our products are second hand so there might be some marks of use. We'll do our best to tell you in the product description if there are any defects in the product.
Shipping
We will process all orders within 1-3 days. Shipping in Finland. (EU shipping coming.)

For the packaging we use mail envelopes made of recycled plastic or other reusable materials.
Return policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be in the same condition that you received them with tags on.
To start a return, send us an email with your order number to contact@rosevintagestudio.com and we will get back to you. After we accept the return you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
Please note that you are responsible for covering any return shipping costs and ensuring that the product is returned to us safely.

Payments
You can pay in our online store with Visa & Mastercard and all finnish online bank payments.
